Job summary

Bath Depot in Mississauga is seeking a 3rd Key Holder to join our team. You will supervise the in-store team, support the Store Manager, and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You will drive sales, guide customers through projects, and ensure merchandise is well presented. A 1+ year retail background, strong leadership, and availability for days, evenings and weekends are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in retail sales (preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate, and support the in-store team.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
• Encourage team members to achieve sales goals.
• Review sales reports and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Support onboarding of new staff.
• Provide consistent follow-up with customers.
• Promote and ensure effective visual merchandising.
• Manage inventory according to established processes.
• Handle opening and closing procedures as needed.
