Qualifications

• Experience in sales within fashion/lingerie is preferred.
• Interest in lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear.
• Ability to listen to customers and provide tailored recommendations.
• Proactive and conscientious in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to work holidays and longer hours during peak periods.
• Open to a career with ongoing challenges and growth.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and assist with product selection.
• Explain products, materials, features and suggest complementary items.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and on the sales floor.
• Aim to meet/exceed personal sales goals with training support.
• Open/close store and maintain tidy, well-stocked floors/backrooms.
• Process transactions at the register and handle payments.
• Uphold store policies and procedures across departments.
