La Vie en Rose in Alma, Quebec is seeking a permanent, full-time sales associate to join our dynamic team. You will welcome customers, help them find the perfect lingerie, swimwear or sleepwear, and create a friendly, memorable shopping experience on the shop floor.

Ideal candidates have previous sales experience, enjoy clothing that celebrates feel-good femininity, and are bilingual. You’ll be proactive, flexible in hours, and eager to grow with a family-owned retailer with a strong community

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in retail.
• Interest in clothing and lingerie a plus.
• Willing to work holidays and longer hours during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and assist with finding products.
• Explain product features, materials and sizing to customers.
• Assist in fitting rooms and provide personalized recommendations.
• Open/close store and maintain a clean, inviting sales floor.
