Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a retail environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer-service focus and leadership capabilities.
• Passion for Anthropologie brand and store culture.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive sales and store metrics using KPIs.
• Ensure omni-channel shopping experiences through services.
• Lead store environment and manage daily zones with energy and positivity.
• Support training and onboarding of new hires.
• Assist with shipment, omni fulfillment, and visual standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness and update visual messaging monthly.
• Share customer and employee insights with the Store Manager.
