Lindt Sprunglicanada in Ontario is seeking a dynamic Keyholder to support the store team, open and close the shop, and deliver magical customer experiences with chocolate.

You will lead by example, drive sales, assist with training, in-store activations, and ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are consistently met.

This role is 15–30 hours per week at $18.35/hour, with flexible weekend availability, in a premium retail environment that celebrates chocolate.

• Handle returns and resolves customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Act as a brand ambassador by sharing Lindt’s values and product excellence.
• Support efforts to drive B2B sales by promoting corporate gifting options.
• Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and inventory control procedures.
• Support inventory duties, including stock replenishment and receiving.
• Assist with coordinating corporate gifting orders.
• Assist with cash handling duties.

The role's purpose:
