Job summary

Lindt in Toronto is seeking a Part-time Keyholder to support the store team and deliver an exceptional retail experience. You will lead by example, assist with opening/closing, and drive sales through strong customer service.

Responsibilities include training new team members, in-store activations, and helping with inventory and visual merchandising while maintaining a positive, customer-first attitude. Weekend/holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail sales or customer-facing role.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to drive sales.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Familiarity with inventory control and visual standards
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform under pressure
• Friendly and energetic personality with a customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable with flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A passion for chocolate!

The role's purpose

The Keyholder role is essential in supporting the store team. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and assisting with various store duties. As a Keyholder, you will help us achieve our mission to Enchant the World With Chocolate.

What You'll Do

Availability: 20 to 24 hours/week

Pay rate: $18.75/hour

Leadership and Teamwork
