Job summary

Lindt is seeking a friendly and energetic Keyholder to lead store operations in Banff. You will open/close the store, support sales goals, and train new team members.

As a brand ambassador, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service, assist with corporate gifting, and maintain visual merchandising standards. Weekend availability is expected to support busy periods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail sales or customer-facing role.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to drive sales.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Familiarity with inventory control and visual standards.

Responsibilities
