Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for advising customers to maximize sales potential as well as opening and closing the store. To perform your job well, you will need to:

• Provide customers with a warm welcome;
• Help them find everything they’re looking for—answer their questions, explain the products (quality, materials, technical features), and suggest other products they might like;
• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room;
• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals (training provided);
• Manage the sales floor when managers aren’t present;
• Prepare, identify, and display products to enhance the shopping experience;
• Keep the store and backstore clean and organized;
• Stay informed about new products to share top picks with customers;
• Assist customers at checkout and process transactions;
• Follow policies and procedures of head office (training provided);
• Support the team with other duties as needed.
