Job summary

La Vie En Rose, a proudly local retailer, is seeking dedicated team members for part-time roles in our stores. You will engage customers, showcase lingerie, swimwear and sleepwear, and help shoppers find appealing products that celebrate feminine feel-good fashion.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required.
• Interest in clothing that celebrates femininity.
• Able to listen to customers and provide service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a warm welcome and exceptional service.
• Help customers find products, explain features, and suggest options.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store presentation.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals with team support.
• Operate the sales floor when managers are absent.
• Prepare and stock products for a memorable shopping experience.
• Ensure cleanliness and order in-store and backroom.
• Escort customers to the cash register and process transactions.
• Follow head office policies and procedures and adapt as needed.
• Perform other duties to support the team.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for advising customers to maximize sales potential as well as opening and closing the store. To perform your job well, you will need to:

• Provide customers with a warm welcome;
• Help them find everything they’re looking for—answer their questions, explain the products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest other products they might like;
• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room;
• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals (our training will help you get there!);
• Manage the sales floor when your managers aren’t there;
• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience;
• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore;
• Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers;
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.

PERMANENT, PART TIME

HOURLY SALARY : 18,32$ - 18,75$
