Job summary

La Vie en Rose seeks a dedicated full-time sales associate to welcome customers, explain products, and help them find the right lingerie and swimwear. You will assist in fitting rooms, work toward personal sales goals, and keep the store tidy while supporting a dynamic team in a busy retail environment.

The role emphasizes attentive service, product knowledge, and a proactive approach to delivering a memorable shopping experience across a nationwide network of stores.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience with customers in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service focus with ability to understand needs.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Bilingual is an asset (English/French) for bilingual customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a warm welcome and assist in finding products.
• Explain product features, materials and fit to help customers choose confidently.
• Be available to assist customers in fitting rooms as needed.
• Aim to meet and exceed personal sales goals with provided training.
• Manage sales floor duties when managers are unavailable.
• Keep products and displays organized and replenished on the floor.
• Suggest additional products to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers to complete purchases at the register.
• Adhere to store policies and procedures and support team needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a warm welcome;
• Help them find everything they’re looking for—answer their questions, explain the products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest other products they might like;
• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room;
• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals (our training will help you get there!);
• Manage the sales floor when your managers aren’t there;
• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience;
• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore;
• Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers;
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.
