La Vie en Rose Inc. is seeking a part-time sales associate in Calgary to welcome customers, explain product features, and assist with fittings. You’ll help customers find the right lingerie and swimwear, maintain a clean store environment, and support achieving personal and store sales goals.

• Provide customers with a warm welcome and assist with finding products
• Explain products' quality, materials, and features and suggest alternatives
• Be available in fitting rooms to assist customers
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals with training support
• Manage the sales floor when managers are not present
• Stage and replenish products to create a memorable shopping experience
• Keep store and backstore clean and tidy at all times
• Look out for new products and share top picks with customers
• Escort customers to the cash register and process transactions
• Follow head office policies and procedures and support the team

• Provide customers with a warm welcome;
• Help them find everything they're looking for - answer their questions, explain the products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest other products they might like;
• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room;
• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals (our training will help you get there!);
• Manage the sales floor when your managers aren't there;
• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience;
• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore;
• Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers;
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don't worry, we'll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.
