La Vie en Rose in Canada is seeking a dedicated sales associate to advise customers and maximize sales. You will welcome shoppers, explain products, and assist during fittings while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a warm welcome.
• Help them find products and answer questions about quality, materials and features.
• Be available in fitting rooms when customers are trying on items.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals with training support.
• Manage the sales floor when managers aren’t present.
• Place products on the sales floor to create a memorable shopping experience.
• Keep store and backstore clean and tidy.
• Identify new products and share top picks with customers.
• Escort customers to the cash register and process transactions.
• Respect and follow head office policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties to support the team.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for advising customers to maximize sales potential as well as opening and closing the store. To perform your job well, you will need to:

• Provide customers with a warm welcome;
• Help them find everything they’re looking for—answer their questions, explain the products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest other products they might like;
• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room;
• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals (our training will help you get there!);
• Manage the sales floor when your managers aren’t there;
• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience;
• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore;
• Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers;
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.
