As our Key Account Project Manager based out of our Mississauga HQ, you will be responsible for the retention, growth and value of the account, asset/capital planning, contract management and ensuring the customer's performance goals and account management objectives are met /exceeded.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Daily Customer Communication & Equipment Performance: Main point of contact with customer for operational and project updates, contract repairs, down units, entrapments, inspections, quoted repairs, modernization and new equipment opportunities, addressing all aspects of customer concerns.

  • Contract Management: Ensure compliance with scope, terms and conditions of contracts, contract riders, equipment and locations within contracts, and management of procurement partnership.

  • Sales: Uses solution selling techniques to identify new sales opportunities with customer and handles all aspects of the sales process (includes negotiating, tendering, proposal presentations, etc.).

  • Reporting & Presenting Account Performance: Prepare account performance by analyzing data and communication with branches to share with customer and identify needed actions.

  • Relationship Management: Able to establish and build relationships with C-suite level leadership and other stakeholders within the organization.

Hiring Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related industry

  • In lieu of degree, 7-10 years senior account management or sales management experience

  • The ideal background will bring understanding of sales and operations of all business lines, financial acumen, and collaboration skills ranging from written to verbal.

  • General management experience, desirable

The hiring range for this role is $124,000.00 - $170,500.00 The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. .

Variable Compensation

KONE Annual 60/40 Bonus plan at 17% Target Incentive ba sed on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
