Job summary

Emil Anderson Group in Kelowna is seeking a Superintendent with a background in commercial and/or residential construction to join a community-driven team. You will lead site operations, manage safety, quality, and coordination with subcontractors on landmark projects across BC.

This role is based out of Kelowna. If you are positive, people-oriented, and ready to help deliver quality spaces for the communities we serve, this could be the role for you.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Proven experience as a Residential or Commercial Superintendent.
• Basic computer and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with Worksafe BC safety standards.
• Valid Driver's License and clean abstract required.
• Current First Aid certification an asset.
• Familiarity with CoConstruct and Salus an asset.
• Red Seal trade qualification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily site logs, reports, photos, and schedules.
• Lead site meetings, toolbox talks, and orientations.
• Plan project labour, equipment, and material needs.
• Supervise field staff and trade partners.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure safety, quality, and specification compliance.
• Coordinate project handover and warranty documentation.
• Assist on the tools when needed.
• Perform other duties based on project and organizational needs.
