Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Library Science, or Teacher Librarian Certificate or Diploma Program.

• Ability to develop students' critical thinking, communication, collaboration, & creative skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and support classroom teachers with minor technology hardware issues.
• Desire to promote literacy and empower lifelong learners; evidence-based reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Promote and foster digital citizenship for ethical information use.
• Lead library program development and resource selection (print and digital).
• Provide leadership to Library Clerks and Substitutes as needed.
• Collaborate with school community to enhance learning through library services.
• Other duties as assigned.
