Job summary

Meadowridge School in Maple Ridge, BC, seeks an Internal Teacher on Call (TOC) for Kindergarten to Grade 12 to cover short-term absences and support across grades when needed. Qualifications

• Strong English communication, both written and oral.

• Experience teaching elementary and secondary levels.
• Experience with IB programs preferred.
• BC teaching certification required; university teaching degree or program completed.

Responsibilities

• Cover temporary teaching assignments for Kindergarten to Grade 12.
• Prepare and implement lesson plans and supervise students.
• Take attendance and document notes daily.
• Provide a brief daily report to the assigned teacher.
• Maintain confidentiality and classroom discipline.
• Assist with co-curricular activities and school events as needed.
• Attend meetings and contribute to committees when assigned.
