Regent Christian Academy invites applications for a Teacher On Call (TOC) to join our K–12 team at Sullivan/Cloverdale campuses in Surrey, BC. The position begins as On-Call with potential paths to Part-Time or Full-Time placements for the 2026-2027 school year.

Ideal candidates will hold a British Columbia Teaching Certificate, demonstrate faith alignment with RCAS, and commit to our Statement of Faith and Community Standards. Compensation ranges per day based on certification status.

Qualifications

• Certification: Valid British Columbia Teaching Certificate or equivalent.
• Faith alignment: Active involvement in an evangelical Christian church and a personal commitment to Jesus Christ.
• Agreement: Must affirm RCAS Statement of Faith and Community Standards.

Responsibilities

• Instructional continuity: Follow prepared lesson plans to ensure student learning continues when the teacher is absent.
• Classroom management: Maintain a safe, nurturing, and orderly classroom environment.
• Spiritual mentorship: Model Christian integrity and provide spiritual leadership to students.
• Adaptability: Adjust to multiple grade levels (K–12) and various subjects as needed.
