Junior Wood Finisher

An established millwork/cabinet manufacturer is seeking a Junior Wood Finisher to join our production staff.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to advance their career with a leader in the millwork/cabinet industry.

In this role, you will join our finishing team, assisting with applying paints, stains, glazes, and other finishes to cabinetry and millwork pieces. Responsibilities also include prep work such as sanding, along with other finishing duties as assigned. You will help maintain a safe, organized, and tidy workspace to support our team in producing high-quality products.

Your qualifications include:

• Experience in a cabinet, millwork, or furniture shop as part of a production team.
• Understanding of custom woodworking production methods and technologies.
• Experience with finishing materials, modern finish application equipment, and techniques.
• A self-motivated attitude to produce work that meets industry standards.
• Hardworking, cooperative, and eager to learn new skills and techniques.
• Dependability and punctuality.
