What You Will Do

As a Junior Trader, you will:

1. Assist in the execution of daily trades across global markets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
2. Display clear and effective communication through daily interactions with our external counterparties, representing CCL’s interests, values, and codes of practice.
3. Monitor market conditions, trade execution, and portfolio exposures in real-time.
4. Collaborate closely with trading teams, portfolio managers, and technology teams to optimize trading strategies and workflows.
5. Maintain and improve trading infrastructure, including execution algorithms and risk management tools.
6. Work with brokers, vendors, and other external counterparties to enhance execution workflows.
7. Contribute to post-trade analysis to refine execution strategies and reduce market impact.
