As a Technical Solutions Manager, you’ll help companies across Canada and the U.S. turn complex technical and financial information into clear, well-supported R&D tax credit claims.
You’ll work directly with clients to understand the technical work they’re doing, identify potentially eligible R&D activities, and gather the information needed to support their claims. You’ll own assigned claims and deliverables from discovery through documentation, working within Boast’s established processes and drawing on internal expertise when more complex questions arise.
This is an early-career opportunity with meaningful responsibility. You’ll communicate directly with clients, manage competing priorities, analyze technical and financial information, and translate complex projects into accurate, compelling claim narratives. As you grow, you’ll build expertise in SR&ED and other government funding programs while developing your judgment as a trusted technical and client-facing professional.
This role is ideal for a recent STEM graduate or early-career technical professional who is curious, analytical, comfortable asking thoughtful questions, and excited to take ownership of meaningful client work.
Location: Western Canada, with a preference for candidates based in Vancouver or Calgary
In-person collaboration: This is a hybrid role with occasional in-person work
Compensation:$60,000–$70,000 annually, plus up to a 10% discretionary bonus
Language: Professional fluency in English is required
