Insight Global is seeking a Data Analyst to support incentive investigation and reporting activities within Banking Operations in Toronto. You will review inquiries from bank managers, research incentive and sales discrepancies, and use SQL-based analysis to determine outcomes according to established business rules.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of linking data findings to business processes.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience in data analysis, business analysis, operations analysis, or a similar role.
• Experience writing and modifying SQL queries.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to investigate issues and connect findings across multiple data sources.

Responsibilities

• Review and investigate incoming requests regarding banker incentives, sales credits, and product-related discrepancies.
• Analyze data from multiple source systems to validate transactions and determine eligibility for incentive credit.

• Apply established business rules and operational procedures during investigations.
• Identify data inconsistencies and determine root causes of reporting issues.
