You will be exposed to all areas of the security domain, contributing to security monitoring, incident investigation, and countermeasure proposals across diverse client projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a SOC environment.
• Knowledge of Windows Server OS, TCP/IP, VPNs, networking, and SIEM.
• Experience with security devices, firewall configuration and IDS/IPS.
• Understanding of security concepts and incident response basics.

Responsibilities

• Follow established event detection processes including security alerts and health alerts.
• Open or update service desk tickets to track events through lifecycle to resolution.
• Filter events, document requests, and assign tickets to appropriate resources.
• Collect relevant data, perform analysis, and document findings in tickets.
• Communicate investigation data to clients or internal teams and propose countermeasures.
