Qualifications

  • Certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or CISM are highly desirable.
  • 4+ years of professional cybersecurity experience.

  • Security Audits: Perform security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security requirements.

  • Security Awareness: Conduct security awareness training for employees and promote a security‑conscious culture within the organization.

  • Threat Intelligence: Stay informed about the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices through threat intelligence sources.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, system administrators, and other stakeholders to implement and maintain security controls.


Skills Required


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or CISM are highly desirable.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity or a related field, with a proven track record of identifying and mitigating security risks.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in security information and event management (SIEM) tools. Experience with intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS). Familiarity with network security technologies and protocols. Knowledge of endpoint protection and antivirus solutions. Understanding of security frameworks and standards.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify and respond to security incidents effectively.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to convey complex security concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team and across departments to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to security.

  • Adaptability: Capability to adapt to evolving security threats, technologies, and organizational needs.

  • Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications in cybersecurity is highly valued and demonstrates a commitment to professional development.
