Job summary

UHN seeks a Project Manager for the Digital PMO to plan and deliver multiple Digital Infrastructure projects, including network modernization, server migrations, and enterprise technology transformations. You will build relationships with executives, clinicians, and IT teams, applying rigorous PM practices to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in PM, PMP, and familiarity with healthcare IT systems; offers a permanent full-time position at Toronto site with competitive

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years project management experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end application, system interfacing/interoperability and IT infrastructure projects.
• PMO and healthcare IT familiarity is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project charters, plans, and schedules with stakeholders.
• Apply rigorous project and change management across the lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets and documentation following PM practices.
• Collaborate with Digital and business areas to prioritize projects and resources.
• Deliver progress reports and presentations to sponsors and executives.
• Manage procurement, vendor contracts, and relationships.
• Drive data-driven solutions to meet business requirements and standards.
• Lead requirements gathering, testing, and implementation in a multi-disciplinary team.
