Purpose of Job:

Manage day-to-day project activities of complex or interrelated projects within a program, following Technology’s project performance standards.

Major Activities:

• Initiate, plan, execute, control, and close tactical projects, managing dependencies and incorporating project management standards.
• Ensure projects meet client standards, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct necessary risk assessments at appropriate times.

Work Experience:

• Relationship Management: Build healthy working relations with clients, vendors, and peers.
• Team Management: Form, build, and manage effective teams.
• Leadership: Gain cooperation and support from others.
• IT Project Management: Plan, organize, monitor, and control IT projects.

• Portfolio/Cross-portfolio senior executives in Business and Technology, including all levels of Project Management and vendor management.
• Analyze and interpret project data to determine status and actions required.

• Review and monitor identified risks, re-evaluate and adjust as required.
• Plan resource capacity and control project delivery to meet quality standards.
• Manage impact of change on project/program budget and resource allocation.
