Job summary

The Walter Fedy Partnership is seeking a Project Coordinator in Edmonton to support Project Managers across multiple initiatives, from inception to delivery. You will assist with contract coordination, bid processes, budgeting, and progress reporting while developing project management knowledge on a growing team.

Ideal candidates hold a post-secondary diploma in Architecture or Engineering, 2+ years in project coordination, and familiarity with Canadian contracts.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma in Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of project coordination/management experience.
• Knowledge of Canadian Construction Contracts (CCDC2/5A/5B/14/15).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with detailed project reports and meeting minutes.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with contract coordination tasks and documentation.
• Assist in data completeness, progress tracking, and reporting, incl. fee letters and subconsultant agreements.
• Organize customer requirements, develop project plans, and support bidding processes.
• Prepare documents with minimal PM edits before sending to clients.
• Assist with resource planning, permits, and data correspondence.
• Monitor project budget, schedule, and scope; assist close-out.
• Participate in meetings, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
