Key Responsibilities:

1. Scheduling & Technical Support:

• Develop and manage construction schedules using MS Excel and Microsoft Project
• Convert on-site updates into organized schedules

Marketing & Business Support:

• Prepare quotations and capability statements
• Assist with marketing materials, social media, and online outreach
• Explore and monitor new project leads or subcontracting opportunities

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Currently pursuing a Master’s in Construction Management or Project Management
• Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Project
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Background in Civil Engineering or Architecture is advantageous
