Job summary
BBA Consultants is looking for a Process Engineer to join their Montréal team. This role involves preparing designs, conducting calculations, and selecting process equipment while enhancing client relationships. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and up to two years of experience in the oil and gas sector. BBA is seeking a Process Engineer for our Montréal team to provide high-quality expertise and consulting services, and help develop and strengthen client relationships.
Responsibilities
Prepare simple plans and basic calculations
Apply established design and calculation methods
Develop mass and energy balances using simulation software
Select and size process equipment
Draft specifications, process design criteria, PFDs, P&IDs, plant layouts, technical specifications and assessments as well as reports
Where required, participate in various work phases at the office, on site or in a lab
Prepare proposals
Participate in the firm’s development and growth
Carry out commissioning and equipment performance testing
Perform routine inspections or technical surveys

Qualifications
