Solstice Environmental Management in Edmonton is seeking a Junior Operational Accountant to join our in-office team. Reporting directly to the Controller, this role combines accounting with operational support and exposes you to budgeting, invoicing, and financial workflows.

• Recent graduate with an accounting degree or diploma.
• Based in or able to reliably work on-site in Edmonton, Alberta.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Operational accounting: hands-on with project link to operations.
• Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting.
• Process bank reconciliations and AP/AR reporting.
• Support day-to-day data management and reporting for leadership.
