Responsibilities

  • Assist in legal research and provide guidance on regulations, HR and compliance matters.

  • Support drafting and reviewing agreements, including client agreements, vendor contracts, and regulatory submissions.

  • Work closely with senior legal counsel on licensing applications, regulatory filings, and ensuring product compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Partner with internal teams such as compliance, finance, and product to ensure legal and regulatory considerations are embedded in business operations.

  • Contribute to developing and implementing processes to streamline legal operations, contract negotiation, and compliance frameworks.

  • Help create and maintain legal playbooks, policies, and training materials for internal teams.

Desired skills and competencies

  • 2-3 years of experience with a strong background in cross border employment law matters and regulated industries.

  • Specialist knowledge of commercial law and contract negotiation.

  • You will be proactive, autonomous, resilient, adaptable, eager to continually learn and develop professionally.

  • You will be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • You have good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • You are fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
