Receptionist and Administrative Assistant

Our office is a dynamic boutique insurance office in the inner city community of Kensington, Calgary. We love serving our community through providing excellent customer service and personalized insurance products. We are committed to giving back to our community in Calgary through out-reach programs. We strive to be our community's one stop shop for insurance.

Responsibilities will include the following, but not limited to :

  • Answer phone calls and greet clients.
  • Assist with leads developments and scheduling of appointments.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Work with the Agent and other Team Members to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks in the office.
  • Assist with community outreach programs.

Requirements :

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Property & Casualty license (preferred / must be willing to obtain)
