Job summary

Gestal Amérique du Nord is seeking a motivated and rigorous person to fill a junior human resources business partner (HRBP) position on a one-year temporary mandate. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in HR/IR, at least one year in HR, and strong autonomy with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a human resources role.
• Strong capacity for autonomy and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and handle unexpected tasks.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve HR management and diagnose client needs.
• Answer first-level questions from managers about internal policies, performance management, and team relations.
• Contribute to continuous improvements and best practices in HR strategies.
• Participate in logistics and disseminate training material for management skills development.
• Support recruitment activities assisting managers in recruitment, hiring, and retention strategies.
• Oversee the operational management of human resources.

In your role, you will:

• Help the organization achieve its goals by identifying opportunities for improving human resources management and conducting analysis and diagnosis of client needs.
• Answer first-level questions from managers regarding internal policies, performance management, and team relations.
• Contribute to continuous improvements and best practices to influence human resources strategies.
• Participate in logistics and the dissemination of training material for management skills development.
• Contribute, as needed, to recruitment activities where you can assist managers in the creation and complete integration of recruitment, hiring, and retention strategies.
• Ensure the operational management of human resources.

Profile sought:

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, industrial relations, or a related field.
• You have a minimum of one year of experience in a human resources role.
