Job summary

Lightspeed is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join its in-house creative team in Montreal. You’ll report to the Managing Art Director and contribute to campaigns across social media and product launches, helping to position Lightspeed as a leading omnichannel platform.

You’ll collaborate with designers, product marketers and content writers, produce pixel-perfect outputs, maintain brand consistency, and manage your own project deadlines in a hybrid Montreal HQ role (in-office Tue/Wed/Thu).

Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing your creativity and design work.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• At least 1 year of multidisciplinary design experience in digital design.
• Ability to balance creative thinking with performance-driven outcomes.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Fluency in English for a global company.

Responsibilities

• Produce pixel-perfect outputs per media specifications.
• Maintain brand consistency and high-quality standards.
• Visually communicate Lightspeed's product to multiple audiences.
• Design and produce sales/marketing docs including presentations.
• Propose creative solutions aligned with brand goals across platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, product marketers, writers and managers.
• Manage your own deadlines with input from the project manager.
