Your work will have a direct impact on positioning Lightspeed as the leading omnichannel commerce platform for the retail, hospitality and golf industries.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the team by producing pixel perfect outputs according to media specifications.

  • Ensuring brand consistency and maintaining our high-quality standards.

  • Play an integral role in helping visually communicate our product to multiple audiences.

  • Design, adapt and produce sales and marketing documentation, including presentations, internal communications and sales tools.

  • Propose creative solutions that support the brand and business objectives across all platforms from pitch to final production.

  • Contribute and collaborate with the wider team filled with designers, product marketers, content writers and marketing managers.

  • Managing and meeting your own project deadlines with input and direction from the project manager.

What you need to bring:

  • A portfolio showcasing your creativity, design skills, and quality of work.

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • An ability to balance creative thinking with performance-driven design outcomes.

  • A keen eye for detail and a desire to continuously refine and elevate your work.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality work within tight timelines.

  • A passion for design, curiosity about emerging trends, and a desire to continuously learn and develop your craft.

  • As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.

You’ll enjoy:

  • A flexible work environment that empowers you to do your best work

  • A culture that celebrates performance

  • The chance to make an impact in a team that’s big enough for career growth, but lean enough to make your voice heard

  • Career-defining opportunities
