Responsibilities

• Supervise the entire accounting cycle (payroll, payables, receivables, journal entries).
• Produce monthly financial statements.
• Develop and monitor cash flow reports.
• Communicate with various financial institutions.
• Verify and produce government remittances.
• Prepare T4 and Relevé 1 slips and CNESST salary declarations with payroll technician.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and adapt internal controls.
• Prepare the annual budget and provide budgetary monitoring for specific entities.
• Participate in management meetings.
• Prepare year-end files and support external audits.

Junior Controller position available with a dynamic company primarily engaged in construction project management and steel parts manufacturing.
