Job summary

Boyd Autobody & Glass in Richmond, BC is seeking a Junior Estimator/Parts Coordinator to manage the parts lifecycle for each repair order. You’ll order, receive, store and dispatch parts, verify quality and enter invoices in the system.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1–3+ years in automotive parts; strong communication and detail orientation are essential. Competitive pay and strong benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with auto parts systems such as Car-part, Progi or APU.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Working knowledge of vehicle repairs and details.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan adherence in parts flow.
• Order and receive parts from vendors promptly.
• Enter parts invoices into the information system.
• Label, track and organize all parts.
• Communicate price changes to team members.
• Manage returns and ensure credits are received.
• Post and file invoices/credits promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized parts area.
• Apply new knowledge to support quality work.
• Write accurate damage estimates for repairs.
