The role involves using parts systems, entering invoices, and maintaining a pristine parts area while supporting ongoing training and career growth.

You will collaborate with a dynamic team in a fast-paced collision repair environment, with competitive pay and benefits after your first month.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3+ years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Experience with auto body parts is a bonus.
• Familiarity with parts systems (Car-part, Progi, APU).

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, store, dispatch, and return parts per repair orders.
• Verify accuracy and quality of parts on receipt.
• Enter parts invoices into our Information System.
• Label, track, and organize parts.
• Communicate price changes to the team.
• Manage part returns and credits.
• Post and file invoices and credits promptly.
• Write accurate damage estimates for vehicle repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized parts area.
• Learn continuously to improve work quality and operations.
