Job summary

Assured Automotive in Canada is seeking a Junior Estimator/Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding customer experiences in person, by phone and via email. You will manage relationships with customers and insurers while providing essential administrative support for the repair facility team.

You will write accurate estimates for vehicle damage, schedule repairs, and ensure timely insurance processing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in automotive industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service in person, by phone and email.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using our management system.
• Process insurance assignments timely.
• Prepare repair orders with documentation.

The Junior Estimator/Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, in person, over the phone and emails. They manage working relationships with customers and insurance partners while providing administrative support for the repair facility team.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Provide friendly customer service over the phone, in person and over email
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using our repair management system
• Ensure timely processing of insurance assignments
• Prepare repair order with proper documentation
• Record all communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process using ASE
• Manage car rental information
• Write accurate estimates for the damage of vehicle and repairs to be completed
• Actively apply new knowledge from continuous learning, ensuring a high level of work quality that contributes to operational excellence and a positive NPS.

Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job

• High School Diploma
• Minimum: 1 year Customer Service experience, ideally in Automotive Industry

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to multitask and function well in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor
• Strong knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

• Valid driver’s license required

Compensation Details:

Hourly:

$19 - $25 per hour

Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
