Job summary

Assured Automotive in Canada’s Niagara region seeks a Junior Estimator/Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience, coordinate with insurance partners, and support the repair facility team.

You will prepare estimates, schedule repairs, manage communications, and maintain accurate documentation while learning our repair management system and growing with a company dedicated to career advancement and a positive customer journey.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience, ideally in the Automotive Industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service over the phone, in person and via email.
• Schedule repair appointments using the repair management system.
• Prepare repair orders with proper documentation.
• Record all communications with customers or insurance partners during the repair process.
• Manage car rental information during repairs.
• Write accurate estimates for vehicle damage and repairs.
