Job summary

BBA Consultants is seeking a Junior Engineer to join the SCADA Integrator team focused on renewable energy projects in Canada. Based in Quebec City, you will help integrate wind, hydro, solar and storage systems into client SCADA platforms.

You’ll design data collection architectures, implement configuration updates, and support project transfers from construction to operations. A degree in electrical/computer engineering and 1+ year of experience are required, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering.
• Mobility 25%–50% of time away from the office.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Ability to draft technical documents.
• Advanced English skills for collaboration with other offices and clients.
• Advanced French skills to collaborate with Québec offices/clients.
• Experience with PLC and HMI/SCADA systems; OSIsoft PI System historian.
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols and TCP/IP networks.
