We are seeking an independent, creative, and data-driven Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to sharpen our digital presence and drive multi-channel brand growth.
Role Overview
Reporting directly to and with guidance from the Owner/CEO, you will serve as the architect of our digital footprint and print marketing collateral. In this role, you will balance hands‑on creative production with data‑driven campaign management to translate technical lighting specifications into compelling visual stories, high‑converting digital campaigns, optimized web experiences, and polished sales materials.
Key Responsibilities

- Creative Content & Brand Collateral: Design high‑performance visual assets for digital, social, and print using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva. Maintain a modern, cohesive brand identity across product catalogs, spec sheets, and buy sheets.
- Email Marketing: Build, segment, and automate targeted email campaigns and monthly newsletters via Mailchimp to engage contractors, B2B, and consumer databases.
- Social Media Strategy: Create and publish value‑driven content—including short‑form video and educational posts—on Facebook and Instagram to position the company as an industry authority.
- Project Management & Workflow: Manage multiple concurrent initiatives from concept through final delivery, establishing realistic timelines and meeting key milestones.
- Analytics & Performance Reporting: Track and report on core Key Performance Indicators using Google Analytics (GA4) and CRM data, translating traffic patterns and campaign metrics into actionable insights for leadership.
