Job summary

Fuze HR Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Credit Analyst to join our Concord, Ontario team. This is an in-office, full-time role designed for someone looking to grow in credit and financial risk management.

You’ll review credit applications, conduct investigations, monitor accounts, and collaborate with Sales, AR, and Finance. A background in credit, AR, finance, accounting or banking plus strong Excel skills is valued.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in credit, accounts receivable, finance, accounting, banking, or a related field is an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Confident communication and sound judgment.
• Comfortable working with financial information and Excel.
• Ability to prioritize and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review customer credit applications and supporting documentation.
• Conduct credit investigations, including reviewing credit reports, trade references, and payment history.
• Assist with credit-limit reviews and assess customer exposure and risk.
• Monitor customer accounts, aging, payment trends, and credit utilization.
• Support Sales, Accounts Receivable, and Profit Centre teams with day-to-day credit requests.
• Review and release credit holds within established guidelines.
• Identify potential credit concerns and elevate higher-risk situations.
• Maintain accurate credit files and ensure company credit policies are followed.
• Build strong working relationships across Sales, Finance, AR, and Operations.
