Position Overview

Make an impact with our Consulting team as a Junior Consultant. In this dynamic role, you will support the broader consulting team with research, stakeholder engagement, project management, and various consulting activities that drive meaningful outcomes for our clients. As a trusted advisor, you'll provide comprehensive analysis and strategic guidance to empower clients to achieve optimal performance and build a sustainable, competitive advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Support consulting engagements across all service lines, with a primary focus on Indigenous clients.
  • Assist with community engagement, business and strategic planning, operational planning, program review, and other management consulting activities.
  • Develop project plans and coordinate logistics with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct research, interviews, focus groups, and surveys to gather data.
  • Summarize data into clear, concise, and data-driven reports for clients.
  • Support the development of proposals, engagement letters, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to proposal preparations.
  • Collaborate with the client engagement team.
  • Maintain flexibility to travel as needed.
Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, social sciences, or related field.
  • Certifications such as CMC, PMP, Lean are assets.
  • Recent graduate or 1-2 years of consulting experience, preferably in a client-service environment.
  • Experience working with Indigenous communities or organizations is an asset.
  • Project management experience is an asset.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
