Make an impact with our Consulting team as a Junior Consultant. In this dynamic role, you will support the broader consulting team with research, stakeholder engagement, project management and various consulting activities that drive meaningful outcomes for our clients.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll provide comprehensive analysis and strategic guidance that empowers clients to achieve optimal performance while building a sustainable, competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Support consulting engagements across all service lines and niches, with a primary focus on our Indigenous clients
  • Support community engagement, business planning, strategic planning, operational planning, program review, and other forms of management consulting
  • Develop project plans and coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders
  • Conduct detailed research and data collection, interviews, focus groups and surveys
  • Summarize extensive data and information into clear, concise, and data-driven reports for clients
  • Support the development of high-quality deliverables including proposals, engagement letters, reports, presentations and other correspondence
  • Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals
  • Work collaboratively with the client engagement team
  • Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary

Skillsand Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, social sciences or other related field
  • CMC, PMP, Lean or other related certifications are considered an asset
  • Recent graduate or 1 to 2 years of consulting experience, ideally in a client-service environment
  • Experience working with Indigenous communities or organizations is considered an asset
  • Experience in project management is considered an asset
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
