Job summary

Associated Engineering, Winnipeg, seeks a Civil Engineering Technologist graduate to join our team. You will participate in resident field services including topographic surveying, construction inspection, drafting, and project coordination. The role requires a Diploma in Municipal Engineering Technology or equivalent and registration with CTTAM.

CAD/Civil 3D experience is preferred, with 1–5 years in drafting civil infrastructure. Willingness to travel MB and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Municipal Engineering Technology or equivalent recognized by CTTAM.
• Have, or will immediately obtain, and maintain registration with CTTAM.
• 1–5 years experience in drafting civil infrastructure projects in an engineering workplace.

Responsibilities

• Participate in resident field services including topographic and quantity surveying, construction reviews, contract administration assistance and other field work as required.
• Drafting of civil infrastructure projects such as water distribution systems, wastewater and stormwater collection systems, site grading and earthworks modeling, drainage improvements, storm ponds, roadways and parking lots, and infrastructure renewal.
