Qualifications

• Diploma, certificate, or degree in CAD Design or related field.
• Basic knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, Mastercam.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify 2D drawings and 3D models based on engineering specifications.
• Develop and maintain CNC/CAD programs and related documentation.
• Translate engineering drawings and design requirements into accurate manufacturing programs.
• Review drawings and programs for accuracy, completeness, and manufacturability.
• Make revisions to CAD files and programs as required; collaborate with engineers and production personnel.
• Maintain organized CAD files, revisions, and technical documentation.
• Follow company standards, engineering specifications, and quality requirements.
• Assist with troubleshooting programming and production issues.
• Learn and apply company CAD/CAM software and manufacturing processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives involving design, programming, and production efficiency.
