Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced bilingualism in French and English.
• Proficiency with purchasing and inventory ERP systems.
• Experience with SAP or Genius ERP.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team in managing purchase orders.
• Follow up on orders with suppliers.
• Communicate delivery timelines and updates.
• Maintain supplier and product databases.
• Enter purchase orders and perform various administrative tasks.
• Participate in sourcing new suppliers.
• Support the analysis of quotations and pricing proposals.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenishment requirements.
• Process internal purchasing requests and merchandise returns.
• Collaborate with the production, inventory, and logistics departments.
• Perform all other related duties.
