Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Buyer to join the procurement team. This entry-level role supports operations in Kimberley with remote, flexible work arrangements and on-the-job learning.

You will assist senior buyers with sourcing, supplier quotes, PO processing, and basic market research, helping ensure timely deliveries and cost-efficiency while you develop your purchasing skills in a virtual team setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Internship or 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or related administrative role preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within the procurement field.
