Job description

RS Breakers & Controls is an Original Equipment Supplier that provides excellent customer service and customized solutions. Our 35,000-square-foot warehouse stocks over 100,000 products, including MCC wrapper / buckets, panel switches, circuit breakers, bus plugs, distribution panel boards, and so much more. We stock products of all amperages and voltages to serve residential, commercial and industrial needs.

The Position :

This is a full-time sales position based at our location in Saskatoon

Reports to :

This position reports to the President / Owner

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor emails and answer sales calls
  • Generate high-quality leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage and track leads, contacts, and sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and campaign performance.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, CRM management, or social media marketing preferred (though recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
  • Knowledge of the electrical industry or a related field is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
