Parsons is hiring an experienced Junior Aviation Project Manager with the following skills:

• Perform project management services across design, construction, commissioning, ORAT, and closeout phases of complex airport facilities at domestic and international locations.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of architectural, engineering, and systems components of airport and support facility projects.
• Establish collaborative relationships with stakeholders involved in planning, design, construction, testing, and turnover of airport facilities (including airport authorities, communities, and government agencies).
• Experience in developing new buildings on existing sites and within constrained construction environments is desirable.
• Lead design and/or construction teams in delivering large infrastructure projects.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, risks, and changes effectively.
• Serve as the primary contact for contract management related to assigned projects.
• Oversee the entire project team during design, construction, testing, acceptance, and turnover, including phased demolition, temporary facilities, and phased construction of new infrastructure.
• Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within the overall program.
• Ensure timely and clear communication between project teams, stakeholders, and owners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Broad technical and business knowledge.
• Ability to manage projects, interface with clients, and be hands-on technically.
• Knowledge of industry standards.
• Must meet Parsons' project management certification requirements.
• Proven management skills, excellent communication abilities.
